🌱 Opening Note

The second month of our journey felt very different from the first.

Month 1 was a burst of energy, launching, sharing, and putting our work in front of the world for the very first time.

Month 2 was about what comes after the excitement fades: the quieter, more disciplined work of building something that lasts.

From the outside, our updates may have seemed fewer. On the inside, it was a month of deep focus and long hours. Our conversations as a team were less about “what can we post” and more about “what can we complete.”

We knew the work we were doing would not grab immediate attention, but it would set the tone for everything that follows.

📲 The Heart of Month 2 — The Rituals App

This month, our community rallied around one major mission: the next phase of our Rituals App.

We set ourselves a clear internal goal, to complete the MVP and have it ready before Ganesh Chaturthi, one of India’s most awaited festivals.

Every single day was devoted to development, testing, refining, and fixing the countless little details that turn a good idea into a working reality.

It was not glamorous work. There were late nights, repeated test runs, and more “one last tweaks” than we can count. But by the end of the month, we had something worth all that effort.

Not only is the app ready ahead of schedule, but it also feels solid. It feels like ours. And when you see it, you’ll see more than just a product, you’ll see the proof of what focus, persistence, and community can create.

💼 LinkedIn Presence Live

We officially launched our LinkedIn page this month under the name Gandhar Mengle.

It is now the second home for our ideas, updates, and collaborations. While we have not yet engaged heavily there, Month 3 will be about building that space into a place where our professional and creative worlds connect.

🤝 Join the Build - Contributor Roles Expanded

Our contributor network continues to grow. We now have eight clearly defined roles open, with the option for anyone to propose their own way to collaborate. This flexibility means you can join the build in the way that makes the most sense for your skills and interests. Soon, these roles will also be visible on our LinkedIn for wider reach.

🗂️ Newsletter Structure Deferred

We had planned to add dropdowns and yearly archives to the newsletter page. But after brainstorming, we decided to wait. We are still in our very first year, and the current design feels clean and functional. Making that change now would consume time better spent on building our core offerings, like the Rituals App, so we’ve chosen to revisit this when our archives are richer.

🔍 Experiments - Paused, But Not Forgotten

Some of the creative experiments we spoke about in Month 1 took a back seat this month. Expanding our blog topics, optimising social media reach, and introducing new internal systems were all important, but we chose to invest our energy in finishing the app first.

That said, our app build was the perfect place to implement new development guidelines and principles. These systems are now in place, making us faster, more consistent, and more ready for future growth.

📈 A Quiet Month Still Reaches Far

Even in what might have looked like a quieter month, our work still found its way to people. Across all platforms, we organically reached close to 750 views. A small but steady reminder that progress isn’t always loud, yet it continues to leave its mark.

🎯 Looking Ahead - Month 3

Next month will bring visible results from the groundwork we’ve laid.
