When users voluntarily share information with us, for example, by submitting feature suggestions, sending us emails, or otherwise contacting us, we may collect personal details such as your email address and any additional content included in your communication.

These emails are currently viewed only by the founder of Rituals App. In the future, as our team expands, authorized personnel may also review submissions for the purpose of categorizing feature requests, analyzing user needs, or responding appropriately. Regardless of team size, user-provided information will be handled only by individuals with a direct responsibility to manage and improve the Services and will never be disclosed publicly.

1.2 Information Usage for Communication and Analytics

Information voluntarily shared with us, including email addresses, may be used for:

• Recording and addressing suggestions or feedback.

• Contacting users with important updates, including changes to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

• Sending occasional promotional or informational emails encouraging users to subscribe to our community or participate as contributors.

We do not currently use email addresses for marketing purposes beyond these limited uses. However, users should note that by voluntarily submitting an email address, they acknowledge our right to use such contact information responsibly, in alignment with this Privacy Policy.

1.3 Data Collected Through Wix Hosting

Emails voluntarily submitted to us may be added to our Wix contacts database (our current hosting provider). Such data will be stored as long as Rituals App operates, or until a deletion request is received and verified.

1.4 Permissions and Device Data

At present, Rituals App does not request or require any special device permissions. Future updates may introduce additional features such as cloud synchronization or analytics, at which point relevant permissions may be requested. If permissions are required in the future, we will clearly disclose the purpose of such permissions within the App and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

2. Children’s Privacy

Rituals App is family-friendly and rated suitable for all ages across multiple international rating authorities, including ESRB, PEGI, USK, and others on Google Play.

However, we do not encourage or recommend use of the App by children under 13 years of age without parental or guardian supervision.

 

If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal data (e.g., an email address), parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion of such information. For users above the age of 13, deletion requests may also be made, but we reserve the right to verify that the request is genuine and made with reasonable justification, as we neither sell nor rent user data.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We take appropriate and commercially reasonable measures to safeguard all personal information submitted to us. This includes restricting access only to authorized individuals, ensuring communications are stored securely, and refraining from unnecessary sharing of user information.

User-provided information, including emails stored in Wix contacts, will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as long as we continue to operate. If a user requests deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to comply promptly, subject to verification.

At present, Rituals App do contain third-party links to our social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and more, users should understand that those external platforms have their own independent privacy practices and policies. By voluntarily choosing to access such third-party content, users acknowledge that Rituals App is not responsible for the handling of data by such external services.
